Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have three brother and there is a problem regarding property . my brother wife is now staying along with her parents and my brother is staying with us there is no divorse among them in that case if my father sell his property to me and my brother and sister agreed to give the NOC . My question is if my brother wife can make a problem in feature.

Dear Madam / Sir,
If the title of the property is in the name of your father, he can register a gift deed of the property in your name. I see no way in which your sister in law (brother's wife) can create any problem thereto.
