i am buying property in co housing society , seller dnt have possession letter and he cleared all his payment , infact he boughted in rent back scheme and builder also paid rent , now builder is demand some money for possession letter , so can i become member of society without possesion letter

If person from you propose to purchase is not a member of society then he can not apply for transfer of membership in your name.
