My Dad purchased a apartment in 1995 in Pune. In 2013 my Dad expired. Now we want to sell the apartment. So we need to transfer the ownersihp to my Mom's name. Please adivse how shall we proceed to complete the transfer of the apartment.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should contact the Hon. Secretary of the Society and complete all the necessary formalities for transfer of the flat in the name of your mother and thereafter sell it.
