Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Experts,

My society has gone and registered a conveyance deed thru appointment of court commissioner without informing me and is trying to force me to give consent to redevelopment. They may try (are) to misuse 3000sqft land of mine in that polt9 conveyance for 10762 sq ft but plot is 14000 sqft) the suit for appointment of court commissioner is still open does this mean the conveyance deed is nullified as matter is sub judice ?
