Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

One of our neighbor is trespassing our property. Is there any legal solution for that in India ; if any please let me know with the specific provision of the statutes.

You may file a criminal complaint with police of area where the property is located.

Complaint will be depending description of property but the relevant provision begins
