Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Greetings!! Dear Sirs, I have purchased a flat in Thane (Mumbai). I have my car parking allotted and registered with the builder in the form of agreement. I need to know is there any restriction in more than one vehicle in alloted car parking? Whereas if the well defined location of the car parking permits it for, but has been a selling point of builder in my case. Now I have parked my two vehicles in my car parking well defined within the permitted area without any disturbance or any hurdle to any other member of the society. Now society has asked a parking charge from me for parking of my additional vehicle in my own parking area. Please advise.
