Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh

me & my elder brother got a land from our father.we decided to build a multi stored building.sudden one of real estate company came to us make building jointly.elder brother agreed and try to find a good company.after looking 10/12 builders or developer my elder brother took the dicision.than i we both went there office and says to me do signature here.every thing is ready that time i asked them about signing money and 4 years rent which i was getting.my elder brother said to me right now they give us rent for four years by cheque.10 percent amount 1st cheque will be cash after 2 weeks later and rest of money they paid with in a year.i dynied and left that office.after 2 weeks later my elder brother say to me every thing he handle to get my rent and construction period.most of cheque bounced than got cash 2 percent or 3.after 2 and half years later company get the permission of 9 stored building plan.but our deed wais 14th storied building .we hand over our land near about 16000sqm on 31th january 2010 for 48 months.38 month gone they only build basemant and ground floor.now is it possible to build another 12 stored building structure with in next 10 month.what should i do.they also didnt gave me my signing money.my land valu near about 45cr in 2008 and construction valu near about at best 15cr.sudden last year 2012 gave me 10 lacs for signing money they commited to elder brother.help me pls.
