My father bought a flat in Navi Mumbai and as we are two brother and one sister and all married . In property documents my father and my brother's name is mentioned as applicant and co- applicant. So is there any share for me exists in the property after my father expires??
As after my father my brother may become the whole owner of the property as my name is not included in the property documents. Plz advice
