Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Father bought a house. After his death the title was on my mothers name. My mother made a gift deed which is registered and transferred the title under my name. The will was also made. Can my brother claim rights over the property when I want to sell. If he goes to court how long it takes for the verdict.
