Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

my grandfather died inestate but my mother's brothers made a false registered will . They had taken power of attorney from my mother to construct and rent the house .they also took power of attorney for sale of agricultural land belonging to my great grandfather.However , they gave only minimal money to my mother and did not show the sale deed of the land. they have taken possession of the house. how do we challenge them in court .my mother does not know how much land existed

you can always get the copy of the revenue record from the office of tehsildar, whether land has been sold or not. you may claim the amount, by seeking account of the sale, account of the land and house.
