Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Grandfather had given a piece of land to my mother in 1986 before he passed away in 1987 through "Danpatra". Anyway she was the only heir of him. However, recently when we came to check the land physically we found that a lot of construction has happened over there. And they claimed to have legal documents. On tracing we found that they bought this land from a person who bought it from another person who bought it from my Grand Father in 1994 (Five Years after His Death).
