Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

My grandmother bought a plot from money my uncle sent from abroad and transferred it in her name as my uncle was not in Pakistan. Later my uncle had it constructed for his personal use. Before his death he had expressed the desire to transfer the property in his daughters's name. Before he had the time to do this he passed away. Now his mother,my grandmother, is transferring the property to her own daughter,my aunt. Isn't this wrong should she not transfer the property to my cousins according to my uncle, the real owner's /investor's wish? what does the law say about it? Is there any way my cousins can claim right to the house? Who will the law favour?
