Half of the suit property stands Benami (regd.) in my name[son],rest is under the name of my late father.The property was purchased in 1971 when I was a minor.Now my sisters who are younger than me,has filed a partition suit saying that the whole property shall be divided among the children,i.e., even the half which was under my name.
The property was never divided before and stands as whole.So will the whole property be divided among the the son and daughters,or only the half which was under the name of our Father?

It will be divided amongst all children. Including the half which stands in Sons' name.
