Hello.Our building got a conveyance done recently but the conveyance deed does not include two garages which are in the building . What should we do about it? Also, should the total area in Conveyance of a bldg, match the actual area in the bldg ?

Area used by the Garage is not part of the FSi, a builder is legally not entitled to sell the parking space / garage.
If the builder has not been honest then the area of the building will not match with conveyance.
Ideally it should match.
