hi!
i & my grand father own a property in kirti nagar ,delhi. my share is 90% & grandfather's share is 10%. he wants to give his share to me so that i can be owner of 100%
so what can we go for release deed or gift deed. so that no child of my grandfather can claim his share
which will be more suitable and with minimum government duty
what are the goverment duty of release deed and gift deed
