Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

We have purchased a flat in a residential complex having 4 building, in total 450 flats. This complex is made 2 years back, and till date 10% of the 1 building is under construction and 10% of property he is holding with banners claiming, proposed plot. The builder has sent us a letter on Saturday, 19-Oct-13 that he is raising the maintenance charges from Rs 1.5/- p.s.f toRs 2.5/- p.s.f and will calculate the bill of Sept month on Monday 21-Oct-13.which is unacceptable to the flat owners. What should we do to oppose him. He says he cannot afford to run the show at Rs 1.5/-. ps.f and expenses are too much.We have submitted a letter to him asking to keep a meeting on Sunday, 27-Oct-13 to discuss the same. we have very less time. Can we ask him to form a society and handover. Please reply urgently.
