Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have intend to purchase a site to construct a site, on observation it is found that the mother deed registered in sub registrar had a mistake that N-S & E-W dimensions of the site is reversed with respect to Urban development authority approved plan due to typing error. what can be done to ratify this
