Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I live in an apartment building. However since I was away most of the time I secured the house with a grill outside two main doors. This was over 13 years ago. About 6-7 years ago my neighbor added a second door to his apartment which he claims is blocked by the "staple" used to lock my grill. He asks that I re build my door to accommodate his. He however refuses to fund the modification. What is my legal position here.

Is your door encroaching the common area. And what he is putting is it in his own property or in the common area. It would be better if the issue is resolved amicably.
