we made an agreement on selling my house and received 15% of the total payment. but for some problem we then later decided not to sell the house, so we told the buyer that we cannot sell it and we'll repay you the money, but the buyer transferred a total of around 30%.....now he wants our house....and not listening to reasons.....what should we do? please help....
