Hi,
I had six married sisters, and mother after my fathers death all are coming for to loot the property which is come to father from his father.
what is the right of each member on it?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father has left behind a Will, the beneficiary named in the Will will enjoy the title of the property vide a Probate from the Court. If your father has died intestate (without making a Will) his property will vest with your mother, with your mother, yourself and your six married sisters being each eligible for a 1/8th share in your father's property.
