My mother had make a registered will that her shop will be distributed among all the childer after her death, but at present shop is occupied by my elder sister and she is not ready to give our share, please advice solution.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since all the legal heirs have been named as equal beneficiaries in the Will, all you need to do now is to approach the Court for issue of a Probate.
