Dear Sir / Madam,

You should do the internal demarcation of your own by erecting a fence or wall exactly from the centre (equidistant) of the adjacent plots on all four sides around your plot. As long as you have the title of the land (7/12 utara) and house (Property Card) on the plot in your name in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar, it does not matter if the actual demarcation is still not done. At the same time, you should remind the Developer / Builder to get the internal demarcation completed as soon as possible.

Regards,
