Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
The owner of a housing society had sold the plots and given the allotment letters to the buyers. Latter the owner of housing society sold that portion of land containing approximately twenty twenty five plots to an other housing society for some other purpose without the consent of plot owners. The question is can we the plot owners take a stay over that property and ask for current price or ask for a plot in that society which has bought the land?
