Hello, we are planning to buy a NA land of size 3200 sqft in rural maharashtra? After buying it, would it be possible for us to sell a part of the land, say 750 sqft, after building a house on that part?

Yes you can. You have to get building plan sanctioned and compilation thereafter from locals town planning dept.
