Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i own a plot in hyderbad, my neighbor on south end of my plot encroached 7 feet into my plot. What is the better remedy for my gaining back my encroached property.

You should approach the Tehsildar / District Registrar for Survey and demarcation, and amicably resolve the matter.
