hello po may lupa un parents namin.un title nsa name pa rin nila gusto q po sana malipat skin dahil un isang lupa naiwan nila e nakapangalan na sa kapatid q sabi po kasi niya non mg deed of donation hindi nmn ngyari,sabi po mg pa Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate po kaso wala na po kami communication ng kapatid q

ko pano po kaya gagawin ko?salamat po
