Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

i had given a premises on rent. the rent period has expired. I have gone into sale deed of the premises and taken token money. the tenant is in no mooed to vacate the premises and have gone to the court for stay. If the litigation prolongs and the place could not be vacated in time, and the sale deed is breached who will be responsible for the return of the advance money; which is usually double the amount received. regards
