property allotted to refugees in New Delhi coming from Pakistan is a self acquired property or ancestral property ?

The nature of property may depend upon terms and the genesis of allotment. If the property in India was allotted in lieu of ancestral property in Pakistan, the allotted property in India may also be treated as ancestral.
