I have purchased a flat .
1.i make a search report of sub registrar
Hear I found that 3 document of this proprty has different name baanakhat without custody.
2.and 4 one proprty register with my seller with custody.
3 .My question is 3 baanakhat which is in search report seller have no details of cancellation of baanakhat and builder made registration to my seller
4.Builder is defaltet and many charges of frod regarding property and not found
5. What to do for purchase that flat
