I want to rent out my 2BHK apartment in Noida. I have option of giving it to individual or company lease. Please suggest which one is safer and better. MY fear is that I have heard that its difficult to get house vacated in case of company lease in India, particularly Delhi/ NCR. Because the party on the other side is an organisation and much stronger than us. Pls suggest.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should enter into a 11 month Agreement for Leave and License with an individual only. Doing a Company lease is neither advisable nor recommended.
