Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

respected all

my unmarried chachaji died without writing any registered or unregistered will.chachaji were three brothers that means no1.tayaji no2.my father no3.chachaji.(tayaji and my father died earlier and now my chachaji died 2 months back).chachaji got ancestral agricultral land from his father.and some of the agricultral land he purchased himself.total chachaji 's agricultral land is 30 kanals out of this he got 24 kanals of agricultral land from his father.he purchased 6 kanals of land himself.my question is how much share i will get from chachaji's agricultral land.i am the only son of my father with mother alive and i have four married sisters all well settled.my tayaji have 2 sons and 5 daughters(all married).one son of tayaji was died .the son of tayaji who died has 1 son and 5 daughters(all married )and a widow.now my tayaji's son has presented a unregistered fake will in his favour.i got a copy of the WILL from SDM's office.in the will nobody's name is mentioned that who will get what.only tayaji's son name is mentioned that he will get all the property what chachaji had.tayaji's son prepared the fake will after 2 days of chachaji's death with forged signatures of chachaji.this is confermed.now i have few questions in my mind.

1.what will happen to my share in chachaji's ancestral agricultral land.can i have any chance to get it.

2.my deceased father already prepared will in my favour.sisters also have very good relation with me.and have no abjection in getting our chachaji's ancestral agricultarl land to me.in fact sisters are already ready to fight seperatly in the court or before SDM for my right in chachaji's property.

3.will it benefit me if sisters fight seperatly in or before SDM or the civil court.

4.is this right that my relatives say that i will defenatly get share in chachaji's ancestral property which he got from his father.nobody can challange your share in it.but when i will get it and how.

i would be happy if i only get share in chachaji's ancestarl agricultral property which he got from his father.one more thing chachajis relation with all the family members was good.he died suddenly without getting chance to prepare will.

please guide me .
