The RWA elections held in our dda flats , was not fair or open elections. All the nominations were rejected b'cos of minor mistake , only one person per seat was allowed and they won unopposed ? All winners are close friends of present members and president . How can i get stay on this.
Can we have an arbirator .. what will be the procedure.,

You can file a case with the Federation that the elections were not in order.

you can have an arbitrator and he would pass the award in accordance with arbitration and conciliation act.
