Is it safe to make/renew Leave & license agreement with same person after completion of earlier one. For how many times the same can be renewed. Is it advisable to take any break in between two agreements or make the same with the another person in same family.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is advisable to make a fresh Agreement for Leave & License (ALL) with another member of the family leaving a month's gap between two such consecutive agreements. For instance, if you have done a 11 months ALL in the name of the husband in the family, you should enter into the next 11 months ALL in the name of the wife of the same family with a month's gap. Doing the third ALL with a new party altogether is recommended.
