We would like to seek your assistance to resolve a long pending real estate transaction.
In September 2011, we invested Rs.10Lakhs with a builder (after agreement). Till date no work has started and we asked for a complete refund 6 months ago. Only 25% returned. No response now to phone/sms/email. How can we get get our 75% asap. Urgently required.
