Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
I need to know that how to sell our house in interior Punjab. We are six family members (one brother, four sisters and one mother). House is distributed among us after death of my Father. We want to sell our house. Please tell me the procedure. should we transfer house to our mother name so that she can sell it. Is is possible to give her attorney when my three sisters are outside Pakistan. From abroad, they can send written consent that our mother can sell our house. Is is possible or their appearance before court is necessary. Please guide us easy procedure.

Even if they like to give attorney they have to come to Pakistan and appear in front of Registrar.. Just make a deal and invite them to Pakistan to receive their shares while signing the transfer papers.. [email protected]

No need to appear before court. i will prepare a deed in which all present here will surrender their right in favour of your mother. and those living abroad will have to sgive power any one here in pakistan. no need to come to pakistan for this purpose.
