Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Sir, mera eik plot hai 5 marlas ka during aabadi main nay half apni x k name kia tha ,all documents pi mere signature hain but documents x saath lay gai hai , kia os pi half ka hak hai begum ka ya nahi, jab k final authority letter plot ka milna baki hai???
