Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Sir meri begum mugh se khula lena chati hai , so for eik property plot ki surat main hai wo main nay apni khushi se adhi os k name and adhi apnay name ki, plot total 7 lac main para but ab os ki keemat 210000 hai ,vo sub documents bhi lay gai hai tou kia vo mugh se sara plot lay sakti hai ya pher court 7 lac ko half kary ge ya ab jo keemat hai os pi, jub k plot hum douno k name hai and next of kin my son hai, first main chahta hi nahe k sale ho vo bachay k kaam aye jub big classes main jayin but ager vo apna hisa mangy tu??????
