In regards to this Mhada lottery housing scheme , want to confirm , if the value of the house confirmed by the MHADA authorities at 15.50 lacks , then if it includes stamp duty and registration tax as well ?

Dear Abhijeet,
The price mentioned is the cost of the flat in the lottery. Stamp Duty and registration charges is over and above this cost.
