thanks sir for your reply but sir concept is not clear on me.actually i wanted to know that if a person dies ,leaving behind him huge amount of money in bank and he also leaves behind brothers and male children than brothers will get the share in that money or not because i have heard that if the deceased has male children than his brothers have no share in his bank money
