Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nigeria

Hello Sir, i and 5 of my siblings want to write a letter to my father's estate lawyer asking him to stop paying rent to my eldest brother's account, since we do not have any letter of administration yet. However i am clueless about it. How do i go about it, pls?
