Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hello sir ,I taken a token money chaque of 100000/- (one lacs) .The visar pavti ( the deal agreement) done on plain paper for my plot in Nashik.I don't want to do this deal. I never put the chaque in bank .chaque lying with me. Ian returning the chaque to the buyer but he refuse to take back. Is he take any legal action against me. ? Please advice me sir.
