Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
There are 5 owners of the land and one of the owner recieved his shares and ready to leave the ownership can we use hakku vidudala patram and can make reduce owners to 4 and these 4 people can have right to sell. Please help me in this sir.

Yes, you may contact the local Court Clerk in whose jurisdiction the property lies and complete the necessary formalities to reduce the ownership of the land in the name of the remaining four owners.
