I have situation below, would be pleased if anyone can help
there are 4 sons and father unlawfully made a gift deed of property to a particular son's wife because they both were have debts, here other sons also have some debts but they never looked towards the house where the all were living however this son smartfully did the gift thing with father on his wife name.
Now what is the course of action which other family members can do because they are also living in same property along with the father. The father is still alive

In case the property is self acquired by the father, nothing can be done by the remaining brothers as it is his will and wish to bequeath his assets to anyone, even to a stranger.
