Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

suddenly found some other person name registered in our plot at haroa, north24 parganas, west bengal. we dont know the person,

bl&lro; did not inform anything before registering the unknown persons's name in our plot.

we have all property papers.

found this information 4-5 days ago in west bengal land and land reform website.

what to do?

The seller would be responsible for refunding the money with interest. He will face prosecution for fraud and cheating if you choose to file a criminal complaint. If the other person had the registration before you did you, he will have a better title and in that case you can not claim property.
