Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

what i if somebody has only tiltle but no interest and right ,or has right but no interest or title or if somebody has interest but no title and right ,what will be the consequence of such property ,pls explained categorically the exact meaning of title ,right or interest.help me with ur valuable answers, sorry to bother u again and agian respected Chavan sir
