Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have vacated my rental house and handover keys to owner with prior notice. But after long follow up he refunded my deposit amount after deducting Rs. 5000 /- towards cleaning charges . When i am asking for details -he clearly refuse to give any details and now not lifting my calls.What to do ??
