will not registered but signed in both the pages is is valid ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

To be legally valid, a Will may be handwritten or typed and it has to be signed by the Testator (Maker) in the presence of two witnesses, who have also accordingly signed on the Will. A unregistered Will is legally valid provided the above two conditions are fulfilled.
