father sold daughter's property when she was 13 and when she became major she has disputed within 3 years. (nO EVIDANCE FOR DISPUTE) It is about 20 years over and the property has changed TWO Hands. NOW CAN I BUY THIS PROPERTY. All ECs are in order. WILL THERE BE ANY TITLE PROBLEM...

find out the evidence of dispute with the help of a local lawyer. unless all the papers are in order and there is no court case or stay on the property, the property need not be purchased.
