Hi
i have given a molestation case to a person after much guts.police went to his place to pick him .but he alraedy left for US
1 Now what to do he already left for US CAN WE SEND Notice through embassy and whats the procedure?
2 Can i ever get justice?

1) It is the Police/ court duty to complete service of summons.
2) They will send court summons as per prescribed process.
3) U can assist them if u know his address, inform the court.
4) Police will issue Letter of Circular (LOC) if he is absconding
and staying i US.
