Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

i m in a relationship with my first cousin(my father's brother's son) from last 6yrs.we r waiting for his establishment.but now he is avoiding me.others can say dat ok,if he is not with u,den u r helpless n move on.but i give him everything.we physically intimated so many times.so now i cant step my foot back.is there any way to convince him legally?i hav no other way out now ecept marry him..or if there is no legal way as it is prohibited acording to hindu marriage act,what can i do?becoz it is a kind of cheating or family violence to me now..plz plz plz help me
